CUTTING RULE for DIES

Steel for dies in leather and shoe industry is now the core business of our company. With more than 2.500.000 m/year sold in Italy and abroad we introduce ourselves as an effective partner to face any cutting problem. CUTTING RULE

Shapes
Near to the traditional kind of central and lateral cutting rule ( AE, AD, BE, BD),
we developped special profiles SCB, TE, SP.

profile SCB for clean cut of cork-sole, belt, watch-strap, gasket.
Used to obtain a very definite and clear outline. Cutting is perfectly vertical and the extraction of the cutting piece from die inside, is very easy.

profiles TE, TES e TES-R for cut textile and difficult materials. Slim profile and long bevel sharpening aid penetration. Serration aid to cut with less pressure since it breacks fibres also in naylon and sintetic joined materials.

profile SP for boot, heavy work, thick leathers. With a large body and special edge this kind of steel can be used instead of forged dies.

Type N - Hardened and annealed carbon steel C60
              Universal use
              Uniform body and edge hardness: 40/42 HRC
              Bendability P = more than 120° (R = 2mm)
Type HF- Hardened and annealed carbon steel C60
              Superior quality that assures high resistance of the edge and easy bendability
              Body hardness 37/39 HRC
              High frequency tempered on cutting edge. Edge hardness 50/52 HRC
              Bendability P = più di 120° ( R = 2mm )
Tipe D - Hardened and annealed carbon steel C60
              To be used in large dies to assure high straight
              Folds with radius
              Uniform body and edge hardness 42/44 HRC
              Bendability P= 90° ( R = 5mm )

PACKAGING
rolls 50/70 m depending on dimensions, in cardboard box mm 600x600x30.

ZAC BLADES

To be used for fringe and fancy in shoe or leather, we supply type P (angled) or R (round).

ZAC-W BLADES

It has the same use of ZAC, but the blade is bent over all the body. In this matter you can obtain pitches more than 6 mm and we can cut high materials.

ZACW rule is supplied in 2m long bars.

MILLED ZAC-F BARS

It has the same use of ZAC but is used when we need more marked fringes. Pitch and height of thoot is upon request: The thickness of the bar is the same of the height of the tooth.

For example: ZACF 8x4 has pitch P=8 mm and thickness and height H=S=4mm.

ZACF is supplied in 500mm long bars.

TUBES

Cutting System produces round and fancy tubes.

SEGNATOMAIA WITH PUNCHES

"segnatomaia" is used to leave on the leather a decorative sign or a trace for following operation of cutting/sewing.

BENDING MACHINES

Working surface in grinded anti-scratch sferoidal-perlitic chilled cast iron ( hardness 300 HB)
8 oilcan for great lubrification.
Cam shaft uses RHP bearings to reduce foot pressure.
Hammer in tempered steel.

Support table.
